Home to Business, Entrepreneurship, and Career

The 'Clique' is a modern, thoughtfully designed co-working space that is part of a network aimed at fostering entrepreneurship and employment in underrepresented geographic and social areas. It offers entrepreneurs a range of facilities, including spacious meeting rooms with advanced communication systems, private offices, open workstations, a shared kitchen, and an events patio. Additionally, it hosts professional workshops on topics such as business promotion, economic development, small business taxation, internet marketing, and mentoring.

Although the 'Clique' has only recently opened, demand already exceeds capacity, highlighting the community's need for additional workspaces and offices.

The Need
Currently, the entrance area of the complex, spanning 4,700 square meters and serving as the facility's calling card, does not reflect the innovation and dynamism of the complex's activities. The current appearance is uninviting and fails to create the desired impression on visitors, potential partners, and donors. This situation significantly prevents and limits visitors from accessing the complex, hindering its development and contradicting the impressive internal appearance of the building.

Vision for Comprehensive Entrance Upgrade:
Transform the area into an inviting and vibrant hub connecting the train station and Sapir College.
Key upgrades include:

  1. Renovation & Cleanup: Clearing waste, upgrading infrastructure, and adding electrical systems.
  2. Improved Accessibility: Establishing routes to key locations and enhancing access for all.
  3. Landscape Development: Adding lawns, shaded seating, and a plaza for events like farmers' markets and job fairs.

Second Floor
Although the 'Clique' has only recently opened, demand already exceeds capacity, highlighting the community's need for additional workspaces and offices.

The Project: Currently, the building housing the Clique includes a second floor requiring significant renovation to become fully operational. The planned renovations will add a protected space, a central workspace, offices, meeting rooms, and a large outdoor balcony for small to medium-sized events.
